In a press release Santa Barbara County District Attorney Tom Sneddon stated that the child will be on the stand if the case goes to trial. She r also told attorneys she "felt held against her will" and had trouble getting personal belongings returned. We just learned that the most serious of the crimes were alleged to have happened after the boy's mother had signed an affidavit and videotaped a statement swearing nothing improper happened with her son. So far there have been No details of these alleged acts however the complaint that was filed repeatedly stated the acts were committed "with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires" of both the child and the King of Pop and alleged that Michael Jackson in February and March had "substantial sexual conduct" with the child. |
